Connecting Africa. Trading Beyond.
Terms and Conditions
Effective October 20, 2026
1. About the service
Africa Bulk Hub is operated by Olamide Bello. Contact: dobcalldemo@gmail.com. These terms cover afribulkhub.com and the Africa Bulk Hub Android website client. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to these terms. Effective date: October 20, 2026.
2. Business accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent your organization. Give accurate account, business and listing information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Organization members can access their organization’s records; administrators control platform access. Notify the operator of suspected account misuse.
3. Buyers, suppliers and service providers
The marketplace helps businesses discover products, publish sourcing requests, exchange quotations and arrange service work. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, commercial contracts are between the relevant buyer and supplier or service provider. Each party must independently check identity, authority, qualifications, specifications, licenses and suitability. Publication or moderation is not a product certification, supplier guarantee or endorsement.
4. Orders, quotations and delivery
Before accepting an offer, agree on quantity, quality, specifications, currency, shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, delivery, payment and cancellation terms. Displayed product totals exclude shipping and taxes unless expressly stated. Catalog stock may be reserved when an order is created. Quote orders record negotiated terms. A tracking reference is entered by the supplier and is not independent proof of delivery. Cancellation or completion in the platform does not override mandatory legal rights or the parties’ lawful contractual obligations.
5. Payments and protection
This version does not collect payments, provide escrow, hold customer funds, execute refunds or supplier payouts, offer financing, or guarantee purchases. Orders are unpaid commercial records. Each monetary record states its currency; different currencies are not automatically converted. Afira (AFR, symbol Ⱥ) is a proposed custom pricing unit with 100 cents per Afira. Listing it does not create official legal-tender status, backing, a redeemable balance, an exchange rate or payment acceptance. Parties must separately agree any lawful settlement arrangement. Do not send funds to a person claiming platform escrow or purchase protection. Any future paid service requires separate disclosed prices and payment terms before purchase. Commission and membership settings alone do not authorize a charge.
6. Service work
The hiring organization and provider must agree scope, location, price, expenses, credentials, safety requirements and completion criteria. They are responsible for applicable employment, contractor, insurance and tax obligations. Posting a job does not itself establish an employment relationship with the platform. Use qualified professionals for regulated or hazardous work.
7. Listings and acceptable use
List only goods and services you may lawfully supply. Do not post illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous prohibited or infringing goods; deceptive pricing; malware; personal information without permission; harassment; fraud; or discriminatory unlawful content. Do not probe accounts, bypass access controls, scrape private data or disrupt the service. You must have rights to uploaded photographs, documents and other materials.
8. Content permissions and confidentiality
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give the operator a nonexclusive permission to host, display and process it as reasonably needed to provide, secure and moderate the service. Published listings, RFQs and jobs are public. Their attachments are available to signed-in marketplace users. Private order, message, dispute and verification records are shared with authorized organization members, relevant counterparties and platform administrators. Do not upload confidential or personal information to a public listing unless disclosure is authorized.
9. Disputes, support and moderation
Use a support ticket or dobcalldemo@gmail.com for problems. Preserve relevant evidence and attempt to resolve transaction issues with the other party. Platform dispute records and moderation may facilitate communication; they do not execute refunds or constitute a binding legal adjudication. We may request information, reject or remove listings, or restrict accounts to address misuse, security, legal obligations or service integrity. Contact support to request review of a moderation decision.
10. Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care in operating the service but do not promise uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party listings. Keep independent copies of important commercial documents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by independent counterparties or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
11. Account closure and changes
Request closure or a data-rights review through support or the contact email. Records may be retained for legitimate security, legal, accounting or dispute needs as described in the Privacy Policy. Material updates will be published with a revised date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Mandatory law governs any issue that these terms cannot lawfully determine; these terms do not impose arbitration or waive nonwaivable rights.
12. Mobile client
The Android client loads the HTTPS website and requires internet and an available website. It does not provide offline trading, native push notifications or device-side payment processing. Use the Browser control when a website flow is unsupported. Obtain APKs only from published official download links and verify their checksum when provided.
